The Question and Answers from Bidders Conference as of 3/5/13 Request for Proposal Overview
The San Diego Workforce Partnership (Workforce Partnership), guided by the Youth Council is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to direct Federal Department of Labor (DOL) Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Title I Youth funds towards comprehensive workforce services to WIA eligible youth with disabilities ages 18-21 in San Diego County.
Bidders Conference – Optional
An optional Bidders’ Conference, open to all interested bidders, will be held on Monday, February 11, 2013 from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. (PST) The Bidder’s Conference will be held at the SDWP office, located at 3910 University Avenue, San Diego, CA 92105, in the Julie

Questions and Answers
Potential bidders may submit questions about the RFP by emailing questions to:YouthRFP@workforce.org. All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5:00 P.M. (PST), Thursday, March 7, 2013. The last day the Workforce Partnership will post answers to RFP questions will be Tuesday, March 12, 2013.
Request for Qualifications – Required
All applicants are required to submit a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) no later than: Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 5:00 P.M. (PST). Submit one original and one copy.
Proposals Submittal Deadline
All proposals are due by Friday, March 15, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. (PDT). Proposals submitted after 3:00 P.M. (PDT) will not be accepted.
