The San Diego Workforce Partnership is excited to announce the appointment of four new board members to the Workforce Development Board:
- Connie Lundgren, Director of Workforce Relations, General Dynamics NASSCO
- Matt Martin, Executive Vice President, PNC Bank
- Aida Rosa, Chief Human Resources Officer, San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance
- Mark Sutton, Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Regional Executive, Bank of America
Lundgren is an accomplished HR executive with demonstrated success in leading teams and supporting workforce sustainability and growth. She is a compassionate professional dedicated to making a difference in the employment experience and creating equitable opportunities for all employees and their families.
During his time at PNC, Martin has played key roles in several retail banking initiatives to expand market share, employee leadership and customer engagement. Martin has a strong workforce development background and providing workers with critical skills to add value to an organization, a team and the community.
Sutton supports Bank of America’s retail and preferred customer segments in the San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. He brings over 30 years of proven financial services leadership experience to this new role—serving previously in the financial center channel as a regional business support executive, regional operations executive, and consumer market executive.
Rosa began her hospitality career in 1987 with Starwood Hotels & Resorts at the Sheraton Hotel & Marina. She joined San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance in 2005. In addition to working to advance a world-famous working environment, Rosa focuses on leadership development, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, and management of talent, change and performance.
