If you had $30,000 to donate to a workforce development program, what would you want done with it?

If I had $30,000 to donate, I would want the funds to go to a reentry program so that I can help more formerly incarcerated people get a second chance in life and improve themselves.

What do you like best about working in workforce development?

Working in workforce development will always be special for me because this is where I started my career and I always had a dream to work for an organization which makes difference in the lives of others. As a finance analyst, I am not a direct contributor to our programs but when I hear all the success stories of participants who were able to find a job, I feel so proud of my organization and the people behind the success of these participants.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

When I’m not working, I love to cook, travel around the world and listen to Hindi music, watch Bollywood movies and spend time with my family.
