The San Diego Workforce Partnership (SDWP) is hosting its 3rd annual Workforce Conference on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
SDWP expects 500 people in attendance and is looking for a venue and catering provider to host the conference. More details are in the Scope of Work section of this Request for Quotes (RFQ).
Organizations that are able to provide the following are encouraged to respond: 1) venue, including tables and chairs for 500 attendees and additional exhibit space; 2) catering for 500 for breakfast coffee/tea and lunch; and 3) A/V services for the event.
Email your quote and Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form (Attachment A) to CoralLin@workforce.org by Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 5 pm with the subject of the email titled, “Quote for Workforce Conference.”
