Request for Proposal Overview
The San Diego Workforce Partnership, Inc. (SDWP) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to interested applicants with experience or related experience in managing and developing On-the-Job Training (OJT) agreements where there is a career pathway with wage progression for in-demand industry clusters.
Respondents’ Orientation- Optional
An optional combined Respondents’ Orientation and Technical Assistance Session, open to all interested respondents, will be held on Monday, July 8, 2013 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. (PDT). The Respondents’ Orientation/Technical Assistance Session will be held at the SDWP office, located at 3910 University Avenue, San Diego, CA 92105, in the Julie Benedict Room (third floor). Staff will present the RFP requirements and answer questions during the Respondents’ Orientation.
Notice of Intent – Required
Potential responders are required to submit a Notice of Intent to Bid submission no later than: Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 5:00 P.M. (PDT). The Notice of Intent is Attachment A (right). Proposals will only be accepted from those agencies that have submitted a Notice of Intent to Bid.
Questions and Answers
Potential respondents may submit questions about the RFP by emailing questions to: OJTRFP@workforce.org. All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5:00 P.M. (PDT), Thursday, July 18, 2013. The last day the SDWP will post answers to RFP questions will be Wednesday, July 24, 2013 (PDT).
Request for Qualifications – Required
All applicants are required to submit a Request for Qualifications (RFQUAL) no later than: Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 5:00 P.M. (PDT). Submit one original and one copy.
Proposals Submittal Deadline
All proposals are due by Thursday, July 25, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. (PDT). Proposals submitted after 3:00 P.M. (PDT) will not be accepted.
