Subject: Operations Manual Update: Chapter 8. Oversight and Monitoring
Purpose:
This operations issuance is to notify Workforce Partnership subrecipients of the changes to the Operations Manual: Chapter 8. Oversight and Monitoring.
Below is a summary of updates. Subrecipients should review the referenced chapter.
- Section IV. Corrective Action has been updated in its entirety. Please familiarize yourself with the entire chapter, particularly to sub-section B which outlines the Corrective Action Process.
Action:
Effective January 1, 2024, all subrecipients are required to follow the guidelines outlined in the updated Chapter and attachments. If you have any feedback or questions regarding this issuance, please contact your Contract Administrator (619) 228-2900.
