Subject: Operations Manual Update: Chapter 11. Business Services Policy and Procedures & Attachments
Purpose:
This operations issuance is to notify WIOA subrecipients of updates the Operations Manual, Chapter 11. Business Services Policy and Procedures and its attachments. Chapter 11 provides guidance on tracking and reporting business services activities.
This update includes changes to the process for submitting the Business Services Effectiveness In Serving Employers quarterly report.
Action:
Effective June 12, 2023 all WIOA Subrecipients are required to submit their quarterly report to business@workforce.org. If you have any questions regarding this issuance, please contact your Contract Administrator at (619) 228-2900 or email business@workforce.org.
