Local Workforce Development Plan 2025—2028

As both the region’s federally designated WIOA Title I administrator and a mission-driven nonprofit, SDWP leverages its dual structure to advance an inclusive, data-informed, and outcome-focused workforce development system that meets the needs of San Diego County residents, workers, and employers.
