The Workforce Partnership is conducting a procurement to identify a subrecipient(s) to deliver Foster Youth Services within San Diego County. The Foster Youth Services program provides services to in-school current and former foster youth ages 14–21 and out-of-school current and former foster youth ages 16–24.
All interested organizations must submit their documents through eBid. We highly encourage you to attend the pre-proposal orientation to learn more about the process, how to register for eBid and ask any questions. Respondents will be able to access eBid when the RFP opens on Monday, June 27.
