Request for Proposal Overview
The San Diego Workforce Partnership, Inc. (SDWP) is is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to interested institutions of higher education to provide training that leads to industry-recognized certificates or credentials in San Diego’s five Priority Sectors: Advanced Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Health Care, and Clean Energy.
Respondents’ Orientation — Optional
An optional Respondents’ Orientation, open to all interested respondents, will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The Respondents’ Orientation will be held at the SDWP office, located at 3910 University Avenue, San Diego, CA 92105, in the Executive Boardroom (fourth floor). Staff will present the RFP requirements and answer questions during the Respondents’ Orientation.
Notice of Intent to Submit a Proposal
All applicants are requested to submit a Notice of Intent to Submit a Proposal – Attachment A on or before: Monday, May 23, 2016 at 5:00 p.m.
Questions and Answers
Potential respondents may submit questions about the RFP by emailing questions to: ContractEdRFP@workforce.org. All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5:00 p.m., Monday, May 23, 2016. The last day SDWP will post answers to RFP questions will be Thursday, May 26, 2016.
Proof of Institiution’s Accreditation or Equivalent — Required
All applicants are required to submit one copy of proof of institution’s accreditation or equivalent no later than: Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 3:00 p.m.
Proposals Submittal Deadline
All proposals are due by Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. Proposals submitted after 3:00 p.m. will not be accepted.
