Solicitation of Interest Overview
The San Diego Workforce Partnership, Inc. (SDWP) is issuing a Solicitation of Interest (SOI) to interested applicants with experience in providing classroom based healthcare training services in San Diego County. SDWP seeks on-call classroom based healthcare training that is currently developed and available for purchase to train cohorts of low income individuals.
Respondents’ Orientation- Optional
An optional combined Respondents’ Orientation and Technical Assistance Session, open to all interested bidders, will be held on Monday, July 1, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. (PDT). The Respondents’ Orientation will be held at the SDWP office, located at 3910 University Avenue, San Diego, CA 92105, in the Julie Benedict Community Room (third floor). Staff will present the SOI requirements and answer questions during the Respondents’ Conference.
Request for Qualifications – Required
All applicants are required to submit a Request for Qualifications (RFQUAL) no later than: Friday, July 26, 2013 at 5:00 P.M. (PDT). Submit one original and one copy.
Notice of Intent – Required
Potential responders are required to submit a Notice of Intent to Bid submission no later than: Friday, July 26, 2013 at 5:00 P.M. (PDT). The Notice of Intent can be found on the SDWP website at https://workforce.org/rfps-open as Attachment A of the SOI document. Proposals will only be accepted from those agencies that have submitted a Notice of Intent to Bid.
Questions and Answers
Potential bidders may submit questions about the RFP by emailing questions to: ContractTrainingSOI@workforce.org. All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5:00 P.M. (PDT), July 26, 2013. The last day SDWP will post answers to RFP questions will be July 31, 2013.
Proposals Submittal Deadline
All proposals are due by Thursday, August 1, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. (PDT). Proposals submitted after 3:00 P.M. (PDT) will not be accepted.
