Request for Proposal Overview
The San Diego Workforce Partnership (SDWP) is requesting proposals from interested applicants to provide Layoff Aversion Services to businesses in San Diego County.
Bidders Conference – Optional
An optional combined Bidders’ Orientation and Technical Assistance Session, open to all interested bidders, will be held on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 1:00P.M. (PDT). The Bidder’s Orientation/Technical Assistance Session will be held at the SDWP office, located at 3910 University Avenue, San Diego, CA 92105, in the Executive Boardroom (fourth floor). Staff will present the RFP requirements and answer questions during the Bidders’ Conference.
Request for Qualifications – Required
All applicants are required to submit a Request for Qualifications (RFQUAL) no later than: Friday, June 7, 2013 at 5:00 P.M. (PDT). Submit one original and one copy.
Questions and Answers
Potential bidders may submit questions about the RFP by emailing questions to: Evelyn@workforce.org. All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5:00 P.M. (PDT), June 7, 2013. The last day SDWP will post answers to RFP questions will be June 11, 2013.
Proposals Submittal Deadline
All proposals are due by Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. (PDT). Proposals submitted after 3:00 P.M. (PDT) will not be accepted.
