Request for Proposal Overview
The San Diego Workforce Partnership (SDWP) is soliciting proposals from vendors who are interested in providing cost effective payroll and employment insurance services to be utilized by pre-identified program participants and/or pre-identified partner businesses.
Bidders Conference – Optional
An optional combined Bidders’ Orientation and Technical Assistance Session, open to all interested bidders, will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 from 3:00 P.M to 5:00 P.M. (PDT). The Bidder’s Orientation/Technical Assistance Session will be held at the SDWP office, located at 3910 University Avenue, San Diego, CA 92105, in the Executive Boardroom (fourth floor). Staff will present the RFP requirements and answer questions during the Bidders’ Conference.
Notice of Intent – Required
Potential bidders are required to submit a Notice of Intent to Submit a Proposal no later than: Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 5:00 P.M. (PDT). The Notice of Intent is Attachment A of the Proposal. Proposals will only be accepted from those agencies that have submitted a completed Attachment A.
Request for Qualifications – Required
All applicants are required to submit a Request for Qualifications (RFQUAL) no later than: Friday, May 17, 2013 at 5:00 P.M. (PDT). Submit one original and one copy.
Questions and Answers
Potential bidders may submit questions about the RFP by emailing questions to: ErikaBatiz@workforce.org. All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5:00 P.M. (PDT), Wednesday, May 22, 2013. The last day the Workforce Partnership will post answers to RFP questions will be May 23, 2013.
Proposals Submittal Deadline
All proposals are due by Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. (PDT). Proposals submitted after 3:00 P.M. (PDT) will not be accepted.
