Project Inspire

We know that everyone has unique talents and gifts that can be acknowledged and celebrated in the workplace. Project Inspire is a partnership between the San Diego Workforce Partnership and local social enterprises interested in employing individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Project Inspire aims to do just that by supporting organizations that provide case management and employment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Workforce Partnership is offering funds to cover not only subsidized wages but also the costs for training and case management services. Length of service agreement and total funding (75% of wages up to $99,000 per organization) will vary upon wage amount, number of employees and their hours. If your social enterprise fits this description, we encourage you to apply today.
