About the SkillCraft program

A man with glasses and slicked-back hair wears a black button-up shirt and a beaded necklace with a circular pendant, posing against a neutral gray background.

Jumpstart your manufacturing career by training with Palomar College or MiraCosta College Technology Career Institute (TCI), where you'll gain skills for roles like machinists, assemblers or engineering technicians.

Upon graduation, we team up with employers to help you secure job or internship interviews. We'll also provide you with all the tools you need for a successful kickstart in your new career, including career coaching and exclusive access to networking events.
