Subject: Operations Manual Update: Chapter 5. CalJOBS Data Entry Policies and Procedures and Attachments

Purpose:

This operations issuance is to notify Workforce Partnership subrecipients of the changes to the Operations Manual: Chapter 5. CalJOBS Data Entry Policies and Procedures and Attachments.

Below is a summary of updates. Subrecipients should review the referenced chapter.

Chapter 5. Attachment added:

  • CalJOBS WIOA Title I Signature Guide
    • The WIOA Title I Application in CalJOBS must be signed
    • The Title I Application needs to be signed by all new enrollments starting on March 1st
    • Instructions for how to capture signatures can be found in Chapter 5

Action:

Effective March 1, 2023, all subrecipients are required to follow the guidelines outlined in the updated Chapter and attachments. This issuance replaces and supersedes the chapter and attachments.
