Subject: Operations Manual Update: Chapter 9. Nondiscrimination & EO Policy and Complaint Procedures

Purpose:

This operations issuance is to notify Workforce Partnership subrecipients of the changes to the Operations Manual Update: Chapter 9. Nondiscrimination & EO Policy and Complaint Procedures

Below is a summary of updates. Subrecipients should review the referenced chapter.

  • Workforce Partnership EEO Officer has been updated.
  • Section II, subsection A, 3 iii has been replaced in its entirety, adding information regarding an additional EO poster and its requirements.

Action:

Effective February 6, 2023, all subrecipients are required to follow the guidelines outlined in the updated Chapter and attachments. This issuance replaces and supersedes the chapter and attachments.
