Subject: Workforce eFile User Guide Updates
Purpose:
This operations issuance is to notify WIOA subrecipients of the new updates to the Workforce eFile Web Access User Guide.
Updates to the user guide include the following:
- Reformatting of the user guide including restructure of the section to better align with the systems process flow.
- Added Re-Enrollment Request Form and Process – Effective May 27, 2020, any request for re-enrollment of a participant must be completed and submitted to your program specialist via the Workforce eFile system. Step-by-step instructions can be found in the Workforce eFile User Guide.
- Added Dual Enrollment Request Form and Process – Effective May 27, 2020, any request for dual enrollment of a participant must be completed and all required signatures collected from both the original and new service providers via the Workforce eFile system. Once all required signatures are collected, the completed form must be submitted to the program specialist- also via Workforce eFile. Step-by-step instructions can be found in the Workforce eFile User Guide.
- Added Workforce eFile Process Flow – Added a visual for staff on how the workforce eFile was designed to work. The process flow includes the order of completion of collecting and confirming eligibility in Workforce eFile system.
