Subject: Operations Manual Update: Chapter 6. Financial Management and Attachments

Purpose:

The purpose of this issuance is to notify San Diego Workforce Partnership Subrecipients of revisions and/or additions to the following policies: Chapter 6. Financial Management, including its attachments.  

Significant changes have been made to the above chapter and attachments including but not limited to: 

  • The Attachment – Request for Over Budget Form has been incorporated as part of invoice template and removed from chapter 6. 
  • The Attachment – New Vendor Request Form/Vendor Change Form has been added to Chapter 6 and will be removed from Chapter 4. Part 1, Attachments. 

Background:

Effective September 9, 2019 all WIOA Subrecipients are required to follow the guidelines outlined in the Chapter and attachments. If you have any questions regarding this issuance, please contact your Contract Administrator at (619) 228-2900.
