1. The Apprenticeship Readiness Program helps people learn the skills and knowledge necessary to prepare for an apprenticeship program so they can land a job in the construction industry.

- In 2022 we’ll be helping long-term unemployed parents through the California Employment Development Department’s Dislocated Worker Grant
- Opportunity Youth Internships from the City of San Diego and Southeastern San Diego Live Well Career Training Program with support from Bank of America, the Conrad Prebys Foundation and San Diego County helped advance opportunities for young adults ages 16–24
