The Workforce Income Share Agreement (ISA) Learning Community, a project of the San Diego Workforce Partnership, has released its first resource for workforce boards and other entities interested in standing up student-centric income share agreement (ISA) funds in their local area—ISAs in Workforce Development: A Statement of Principles.

The Workforce Partnership has been chosen as a recipient of the Hyatt Thrive Community Grant. The funds awarded will be used to host three cohorts of the Career Launch Academy for opportunity youth and to develop a short video conveying the importance of hiring young adults from a business and talent development perspective.

The San Diego Workforce Partnership has been awarded $485,000 from Lumina Foundation to advance financing models focused on outcomes in the public workforce development system through income share agreements (ISAs) and better use of data to define quality non-degree credentials.
