Finding a job can be daunting, especially if you’re not sure what career path you want to take. Where do you start? How do you get the experience employers are looking for?
You don’t have to do it alone.
We’ve helped thousands of 16–24–year-olds throughout San Diego County get training, make professional connections and land jobs. All our resources are free to access and some of them even offer paid training opportunities.
Use Program Match Finder to begin enrollment. It usually takes 10–15 minutes to complete. Answer questions about your needs and interests, then you’ll instantly see a list of programs you’re likely eligible for. If you’re eligible for Access – Youth & Young Adult Career Center, it will be the only program on your results page. If you’re not eligible, the program will not show up and you’ll choose a different program you likely are eligible for. Submit your selection then we’ll contact you about next steps.
