Creating Opportunities for Your Future
The San Diego Workforce Partnership and Access Inc. believe in empowering youth to meet the current and future workforce needs of employers in San Diego. The goal is to find the intersection between what you love to do, what you can be paid for and what employers need. We’ll help identify education, training and support opportunities to help you along your career pathway.
Supporting You
To help you identify your aspirations and set a plan in motion to achieve your goals, Access will offer educational and employment services for in-school and out-of-school foster youth and provide quality, individually focused access to workshops, hiring events, training programs and other resources such as mentors, community supportive services and leadership training.
