How to Prepare What to Expect at the Clinic
• The Clinic assists clients on a first come, first serve basis.
• The doors open at 10 am, but clients often arrive early to wait in line.
• Please be prepared to spend anywhere from 2-4 hours at the clinic as it will take time to review your eligibility, determine what types of relief may be available based on your criminal history, and assist you in preparing the court petitions.
• Receiving assistance at the Clinic may require more than one visit.
• Clinic clients that are asked to come back will be placed on a priority list for the following month.
• We appreciate your patience. We are all volunteers – we are all doing the best that we can, as fast as we can.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
