Studies show that 70% of mistakes in the workplace are a direct result of poor communication.
Business professionals must have rules and tools for communicating effectively, and leaders need a firm foundation in listening mechanics and conflict resolution. Every leader must develop these communication skills, or they’ll face considerable hardships navigating organizational life, its stressors and the unique demands inherent in leading others.
At this virtual training you’ll learn:
  • To define, distinguish and formulate crucial active listening skills
  • What respect has to do with communication
  • What the expectations are of a multi-generational workforce
  • To define leadership styles of communication
  • To identify methods for dealing with difficult people and resolving conflict on the job
