Program Overview

The purpose of the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) is to provide customer-focused employment training for eligible adults and dislocated workers through Individual Training Accounts (ITAs). All training providers included on San Diego’s ETPL are eligible to receive funding through Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funds.

More programs will be added as information becomes available. Information listed on the ETPL list must match the information on the CalJOBS site in order to remain active. If you are a jobseeker looking to enroll in a training on this list, please contact your Career Agent/Case Manager for assistance.

The ETPL used by the ITA program is just one training mechanism available under WIOA. For more information on employer-focused training programs such as Customized Training, On-the-Job Training or Expanded Subsidized Employment, please visit our Business Services Wage and Training Reimbursement Program site.

Note: When opening the ETPL list, it will automatically go into your downloads folder as an Excel file.
