Bring ONE document that establishes both identity and employment authorization:

  • U.S. Passport (or Passport Card)
  • Permanent Resident Card
  • Employment Authorization Document that contains a photo

OR

Bring ONE document that establishes identity AND ONE document that establishes employment authorization:

Establishes identity:

  • State issued Drivers License or ID card
  • School ID with photo
  • Voter Registration Card
  • U.S. Military Card

 

Establishes employment authorization:

  • Social Security Card
  • Birth Certificate
  • U.S. Citizen or ID Card
  • Native American Tribal Document
