Career centers offer job search and career development resources to all San Diego County job seekers ages 16+, regardless of income or background—at no cost.
Veterans and their families receive priority service. Learn more.
If you are a young adult age 16–24, learn how to access services or email accesscareers@access2jobs.org
We are closed from 8 a.m.-11:30 a.m. and reopen at 11:30 a.m. the last Thursday of every month. Our Metro and South County buildings remain open but you will not be able to access services from the San Diego Workforce Partnership during this time.
Face Coverings
It is highly encouraged that everyone wear a mask in indoor public settings, whether vaccinated or not, as suggested by CDPH guidelines. Face masks are required if you are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Cleaning & Sanitation
Communal spaces at our career centers are cleaned on a regular basis.
Work & Sick Policies
Employees and customers are required to stay home if they are feeling sick. We will also require our employees to follow the most current CDC guidance for self-isolation and symptom-free periods before returning to work.
COVID-19 Training
Our employees will receive COVID-19 specific training to cover all new enhanced career center operating procedures. The training will include the most current guidance from the CDC and other health advisors.
We are here to make this transition as seamless as possible. If you have any questions, please contact hello@workforce.org.
