Basic Qualifications are Required for all Request For Proposal Respondents

We are proud to contract with organizations that illustrate their skills and expertise by meeting a number of specific qualifications.

Workforce Partnership requires public and private organizations planning to respond to a Request For Proposal (RFP) or other competitive procurement to verify they meet requirements by completing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Workforce Partnership continually updates the Qualified Agency List (QAL), which is a compilation of potential bidders whose qualifications meet the minimum eligibility to partner with our organization.

Those interested in contracting with the Workforce Partnership may submit an RFQ at any time. However, those planning to submit proposals in response to an open RFP are encouraged to submit an RFQ as soon as possible, and no later than the date indicated in the open RFP.
