Matt Dohner
Finance Director
Matthew leads the organization’s finance and accounting department, ensuring the fiscal integrity of government funds and overseeing the budgeting process while managing financial communications to Workforce Partnership’s many stakeholders. Matt has served in a number of positions since joining the organization in 2001.
Prior to his time on staff at Workforce Partnership, Matt spent several years as the Controller for Spectrum Marketing in Carlsbad. He received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance from San Diego State University.
