The County of San Diego’s Health and Human Services Agency, along with the San Diego Workforce Partnership, is soliciting proposals for the Request for Quotation (RFQ) 6978 for its Minority Owned Business Support and Technical Assistance (Project MOST). Join us on June 30th for a conference to learn more about the RFQ submission process.

Project MOST is a pilot project that will offer training and technical assistance to small businesses and non-profits to build capacity as local employers and service providers.
